Read the three quantities separately

Keep three separate fields in your purchasing sheet so the pack size does not become the assumed order minimum.
Work out the packaging you actually need

Use the product's confirmed storage instructions and expiry information when deciding whether your business can use the stock appropriately.
Ask about repeat orders separately
A repeat programme may have different scheduling and packaging questions from a one-off trial. Provide the expected monthly quantity and the dates on which you would like to receive it. Ask whether stock is reserved and when each order needs confirmation. Do not assume that accepting the first order secures the same product and price indefinitely.
Information for a useful MOQ discussion
Send the destination, product or application, total kilograms, packaging preference and expected repeat volume. For a retail brand, include the desired retail fill weight and number of units as separate values. The operator should confirm any product-specific or OEM minimum before payment. Use the current quotation as the reference if the published interface is later updated.
