Choose wholesale matcha packaging around the way your business receives, stores and uses the powder. Agree the total order quantity separately from the bag size, and confirm retail packaging as its own project.

Compare bag size with working practice

The current quote interface includes 1kg and 10kg aluminium bag options. Ask which option is available for the proposed product and quantity. Consider how much powder a team normally uses between opening a pack and finishing it. A larger bag may simplify handling at one business and be inconvenient at another. Use your actual consumption pattern rather than assuming one pack size is universally better.

Confirm the complete pack specification

Ask for the fill weight, sealing method, outer carton arrangement, lot identification and label information. Request the manufacturer's storage instructions and shelf-life basis for the offered product. Confirm whether those instructions cover unopened stock, opened stock or both. This guide does not set a universal expiry period or replace the product's documented instructions.

Plan receiving and traceability

Allocate a place to record the incoming product code, lot, quantity and expiry information. Keep the packing list and quotation connected to that record. Decide how staff will identify opened packs and avoid confusing two powders with similar bags. If a complaint or substitution occurs, those records will help the team state which product was involved.

Treat retail filling as a separate scope

For a branded tin or pouch, state the intended fill weight, number of units, label languages and destination. Ask who supplies the container and artwork, who approves the final proof and how the retail units are packed for transport. Do not infer the minimum number of retail units from the wholesale powder minimum. Obtain a product-specific OEM proposal before committing to artwork or a launch date.

Review packaging through a trial

Before approving a larger programme, ask to inspect the proposed pack or a representative sample. Review label readability, ease of opening, handling by your team and the information needed for inventory control. Confirm the final arrangement in the quotation and approved specification. If the arrangement changes, review the change rather than accepting an unrecorded substitute.
